Example for custom element forms

    Hi,

    I need to do dropdown lists that are interdependent. I did the customization already among the participant database sources using js, but now I would like to do it properly using the custom filters.

    Would anyone have an example of custom element code for forms?

    It would greatly help me to see an example files pdb-set_form_element_types.php and pdb-form_element_build_$type.php
