• Google Analytics used to be consistent and reliable but Exact Metrics usually shows a precipitous drop in sessions for the previous day which affects the 30-day average. By the next day that measurement has been adjusted to a more believable number, but only with the succeeding day now unrealistically low.

My site is non-commercial and educational, and all the EM promotion of its commerce-oriented features is wasted on me. Being non-commercial and non-profit, my site has no significant revenue and I cannot afford the “Pro” version of EM, although some of its functions might be useful.

    Hi @natunes,

I’m sorry to hear that you’ve encountered an issue while using ExactMetrics!

It definitely sounds like an odd issue since we don’t have any prior reports of a similar problem. If possible, we’d like to take a closer look at what’s going on, to see if we can offer any assistance from our end or point you in the right direction.

When you get the chance, could you reach out to us at https://www.exactmetrics.com/lite-support/?

    Thank you.
