EWW IS RIGHT!!! It's terrible!!!!

This does the exact opposite of a plugin which is to save you time!!! i cant believe i fell for the hype. this plugin is trash. Not only does it not operate as “Easy” as these reviews suggest but its filled with bugs. On top of that I paid for credits which it used an exorbant amount and i don’t have no idea where the “optimized” pics went. So I go track them down. I read over multiple people with the same issue and its never a single answer that addresses these issues. No its not java, yes I went and changed it to list view which shows a fraction of the pictures but not the optimized images I need only larger files that are still well over 2-300kbs when I see the same images optimized much lower but saved God knows where. Then I find them, worst of all this garbage plugin has saved all the “optimized” media Im looking for to my public website without warning under BS titles that have no use to me and are not easily located on wordpress only through backtracking via the backend of eww under bulk optimized. So not only can I not find them on my wordpress backend to use for my postings but they bogged down my website with unnecessary posts of the images I need but can access. Wasted hours of my time and I finally find them posted as media but not saved in my library to use. WTF!!!!! So much time trying to find and troubleshoot this mess. When I finally did find them they are of no use to me and no where on my wordpress back end except already posted with a bs titles as media postings so I can not even edit them and make them work due to the way they are uploaded… I will be filing a chargeback and a complaint with the BBB. Thanks for nothing!!!
