Evolve Theme Header Settings

I am trying to change my page’s header color to dark blue and the tagline color to black. All of the other forums on this general topic haven’t applied to me. I can’t seem to find the code that I’m looking for.

Every forum says to look in the style.css editor and look for the #header tags which don’t exist in the Evolve theme.
