    Hi!
    First of all, thank you for this great plug-in!
    But now I have an issue. I was set up successfully a “upload file” option and it works great, but when I tried to send a message without uploading a file the form stops working:
    1. The warning messages about wrong e-mail or missed up text field stops appearing;
    2. Near the “Send” button, a reload icon start rotating and didn’t stops;

    The code is set as:

    [file your-file limit:5mb filetypes:jpg|jpeg|png|pdf|doc|docx|dxf|eps|ai|plt|rar|zip] </label>

    without “*” sign.

    Here as you can see the e-mail is wrong and I did not upload a file and the warning message for the e-mail did not appeared and the reload icon keeps spinning.

    Can you help me with this? Thanks!

    I’m using WordPress 5.3 with Contact Form 7 v5.1.5
