everytime i hit the ” write ” tab to make a new post the computer freezes ! HELP

Now every single time no matter what computer im on once any of my users or i attempt to press WRITE, so we can make a new post the computer freezes. Then an option pops up after a long time of “computer attempting to load something” a box pops up and says if i’d like to stop running the script, click yes or no.

and once i click yes to stop running the script it still doesnt speed the process up …

PLEASE HELP

Also all of my other options run smoothly … for instance managing posts or drafts. its just the option when writing / creating new posts.
