1. Please temporarily enable debugging in WordPress. Here is an article that explains how to do it: https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/.
2. After debugging is enabled, it is necessary to reproduce the error. Wait until a customer submits a review (and an email with a coupon should be sent but is not sent).
3. Download and review the debug log (you will need to locate it on your website server using FTP access) to see if there are any errors.

thanks for helping in that. I have enabled debugging, but seems that there isn’t any debug.log file.
Does it mean that there isn’t produced any error?
You should have the file. It is better to check with your hosting support about the location of the debug file. They might have configured a special location for it on their servers.
Finally I have that debug.log file. But to be honest seems that it doesn’t write any error regarding that issue in that file. Actually I have run the process as a test, and right after that, there isn’t any log in the file rearding the sending of the coupon message. I don’t know if this needs a few time to write the error into the log file?
The only thing I found wich might be related is from yesterday night:

1. Can you please confirm if the review is successfully posted to your WooCommerce shop?
2. Can you please provide screenshots of “Review for Discount” tab in the plugin’s settings?
Same here, Everything works greate except the coupon email.
I will mention also that i’ve set the coupon to be unicque (dynamic) and I don’t see any new coupon generated nor email beeing sent.
Can you please update the plugin to the latest version (3.104) and check if the problem is resolved?

I guess again there is no eMail sent for the discount. As I have placed a bbc into the settings I should get a copy of the mail that was sent out. But I don’t get. 🙁
Might this problem occur again, because we had another upodate of the plugin these gays?
In which moment will the email with coupon code be sent? After the customer has placed the review or when the admin releases the review?
It’s a pitty, because the plugin is really great, but this is really important issue..
