until I wanted to change the ‘Read me’ text. It’s only allowed in the premium version. This is such a basic feature though.

You can change the “Read More” button text in Free version also. You just need to create the language file for this. You can use “Loco Translate” (https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/) plugin for this.

You can try this plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/say-what/) also. You just need to add your desired string and plugin text domain blog-designer-pack.

In Premium version there is a simple parameter for this.

Plugin is 100% multi language so you can translate it to any language. I hope this will work for you.
