 * I was changing a featured section on site of an ENGO I help out and must have
   made another change at the same time because now everything on every page is 
   aligned as LEFT as it can go instead of showing in the middle of the browser 
   window. I believe I was changing the width of a section from 380px to 900px.
 * Also bullets have appeared between the navigation headings and on the drop downs.

 * okay so I think I got all the markup errors but don’t know what this CSS error
   means – Lexical error at line 10, column 53. Encountered: “?” (63), after : “”.
