Everything set up correctly, but doesn't work

    I set up the optincat plug in, got my aweber code, plugged it in, chose the list from aweber I wanted to use, used short code to put it on a new page and customized it. It all looks great. I published the page and gave it a trial run, I input a name and email but instead of being taken back to the home page and being sent an e-mail, it just ends up saying No results found, The page you requested cannot be found. No email is sent. I can’t figure out what is wrong. Any help??!!!

    After update theme, is the plug in working? In my case it is not working and it causing a serious problem on my site. The mobile version of the menu doesn’t work when i activate this plugin. So I am looking for an alternative plugin.
