Everything set as Euro's but since installation everything is in dollars

I have changed the code in the index.php to EUR but it still displays $ despite all the settings in woocommerce being at €.

I’m using a multisite and have managed to get my main domain back to £ where it should be, however different currency options and the flags don’t appear in the widget despite them being setup within the woocommerce settings.

For the sub-domain where I’m having problems with it constantly displaying $, I would like it set as € with options to change currency in the widget.

I have uninstalled and re installed the plugin a few times and tried to delete all the files but everytime I re-install I get the same problems.
