# Everything is inaccessible!!

 * Hi,
 * I had an issue with Ninja Forms and their support asked for credentials to access
   my admin side. They were trying to update a plugin manually but they DELETED 
   everything!
    I have no access to nothing: no user, no tools, no forms, no plugins…
   Please advice as to how to fix this! Thank you

 * Your best option is to continue working with them. Maybe they’re just part way
   through putting everything back? It’s hard to know for sure, we don’t have any
   more access to your site than any normal visitor.
 * Meanwhile, have you been keeping your own backups?

 * I asked the host to restore the latest backup, if that’s what you mean.
    It didnt
   help.. the pages are still all deleted.

 * Ok, then keep working with Ninja Forms on this. They’re the only one who know
   what they did.
