 * My site has just gone back to the beginning! all the things i did to it has vanished
   and the theme i payed to be uploaded by Creativo has gone??!?! i dont know whats
   happened?

 * You may need to contact Creativo then. There’s also this message from your website.

 * yes everythings restarted. ahh i dont know what to do. where can ifind the code
   of the full website because just before this happened i tried to install wordpress
   again but there was an error. so that might have done something??

 * check your hosting control panel and phpmyadmin. If the database is still there,
   you’re good.

 * is the database you used for your missing site there? If so, then when you rebuild
   your site, connect to that database.

 * the one with “wp” in it might be something 🙂 I can’t tell you for sure. Do you
   still have your old wp-config.php file? Websites do not “vanish” when uploading
   a theme.

 * Did you pay someone to upload a theme to your site? Who is Creativo?
 * Also, have you asked your host to see if they can see what became of your site?
