Everything but the Excerpt shows

Has anyone had the excerpt portion of their Dave’s search results listing disappear? My excerpts were showing up just fine and then suddenly… gone!
The file name and image still look great… just no excerpt.
I’m also using SearchWP with it’s Live Ajax Search and Xpdf extensions. With these two plug-ins I produce two results windows… Dave’s gives me results from Pages and Posts while SearchWP gives me results from all of the PDF files our site hosts. They WERE playing nice with each other… not sure who stepped on whom.
