Every time I save one custom post types the slug is changing to another one..

As the title reads, this is a seriously weird error.
I have 4 custom post types on this site
- Slides
- Clubs
- Job Postings
- Testimonials
For some reason (not sure when this started) whenever I save a Club post type, it’s slug is updating to ‘justine’ or ‘justine-2’ (if justine is in use) which is the slug of one of our Testimonials. I’ve never experienced anything like this before and I’m completely dumbfounded.
Some information of the server and what I’ve tried:
- We’re on WPEngine
- I’ve tried deleting the testimonials post type
- I’ve tried renaming the justine post slug, it makes the club slugs change as well when I save them.
- I’ve tried pressing save on permalinks twice
- The site uses redirection plugin, I’ve tried disabling it
If possible, I can give the author login/ftp access to our staging environment. Was literally hours away from launching this site and now I’m pulling my hair out. Help appreciated.
