    Hello! I have an issue where every other variant is missing a variant ID and isn’t syncing to my Facebook catalog. See image below:

    My product has two attributes (‘Size*’ and ‘Version*’), like so:

    I’ve tried the Reset Facebook metadata button and updating the product to force a resync, but with the same result. The configuration per variation is the same aside for price and description.

    I noticed this ticket, which I was wondering may be related?

    When using 2 attributes, the variant name becomes e.g. ‘product name – size M, with GPS’. So this introduces a comma, which seemed to have been the issue with the abovementioned ticket?

    In general, would you expect variations with more than 1 attribute to sync correctly?

    It looks like that topic is your case and I can see the bug report is still open. Please follow the steps taking by the thread starter of that topic and let us know if that fixed the sync.

    Hello @battouly,

    Thank you for the quick reply. In the case of the thread starter, he/she could simply change the name of the product attribute to not include a comma. However my product attributes do not have any comma’s, so unfortunately this would not help me.

    Any other ideas?

    Hi @atojurian,

    Thank you for this additional information. For this, go to Marketing > Facebook > Connection and at the bottom is a Debug Log area. Make sure that is checked, and then do a sync if it was not.

    If it is checked, go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and on the right side in the dropdown should be a list of logs separated by date and plugin; one should be for Facebook. Go to View it and do a search for any errors, then post those errors here.

    Hey @nixiack8 ,

    The checkbox is checked and I’ve done a new sync – I can find a very long log in the woocommerce logs but if I ctrl + F for the word ‘error’, there are no matches. So it seems that there are no errors in the logs. Would you still like to see the log?

    Just summarizing, the product that we would like to have synced has 2 attributes, called:
    – Size* (S/M/L/XL)
    – Version * (with GPS/without GPS)

    So 8 variations in total. However only the 4 varations with the version ‘without GPS’ are synced.

    Would you still like to see the log?

    Sure! We might find something else even though it’s not showing up as an error. Since the log is long, you can use a service like https://pastebin.com/ or Dropbox and share the link with us here.

    To clarify too, can you check if each of the 8 variations has the “Sync and Show” option checked?
