I have tried every combination of checkboxes, but cannot get the tooltip to appear. I really like this, and want the pro version so I can customize it, but need to get it working first. I am not seeing any JS errors.

I’m using the Customizr (child) theme, and quite few plugins – and everything works as I would expect it to, but the tooltip doesn’t show up in any browswer. Your demo site works fine for me, btw.

The term “SLR” should have a tooltip (and title & link, which both work) in this page:

The way to debug the issue is buy deactivating other plugin and checking if it works and also doing the same to the theme (replacing it)

This will let you find the source of the conflict you are probably having

Ah yes, I checked all of the plugins yesterday, but forgot about the theme.
And sure enough, changing the the 2015 theme, it worked fine.

Any clues about finding the conflict within the theme?

The tooltip works in the parent theme, but not the child theme.

Edit: I recreated the child theme and the tooltips now work. Problem is solved.
