events_list_grouped mode not working

    No matter what value for “mode” I use, [events_list_grouped] gives me a list grouped by day.

    [events_list_grouped mode="monthly"]
#_EVENTLINK - #_EVENTDATES at #_EVENTTIMES
[/events_list_grouped]

    Gives me a list like:

    Tuesday September 22, 2015
    …events…
    Wednesday September 23, 2015
    …events…

    etc. I’ve tried it in my theme and Twenty Fifteen with the same results.
