I am having the same issue. From what I was able to test, the events were showing just fine before the last Events Manager plugin update.
My guess then would be that there is a small issue in the Version 5.6.2 Events Manager that prevent the events from showing up in the WP Full Calendar.
I rolled back to Events Manager 5.6.1 and this solved the problem. I will hope for either a WP Full Calendar update or and Events Manager update soon to fix this problem.
While working on my site, I saw that it seems like and update was made (FullCalendar version 1.1), impressive how reactive these guys are!
One more little thing though : when the description of an event is empty, the tooltip on hover on the event in the calendar just shows the text “Loading…”. No biggie, but not ideal so I thought I’d mention it here… anyone else can replicate that?

With Events Manager 5.6.2 and FullCalendar 1.1, the events are now showing up in the calendar.

I upgraded to 1.1 with 5.6.2 and still the events do not show on the Calendar. I don’t know if it is a bug or something in setup. Do you have any setup suggestions?

The Events “miraculously” just started working again. No idea what happened. Also, regarding the tooltips-it takes a few seconds for the tooltip to appear.
I’m not enjoying the same “miracle” here. I have Events Manager Version 5.6.6.1 with WP Full Calendar Version 1.2 and I can’t get any events to show up on my own page:
