Hi,

The add-to-cart events are not firing when users add products from the category pages or from the carousel in my header.

The event only fires when products are added from the product details page directly.

Hi,

The problem is that the HTML of your category pages, especially the HTML structure of the product list itself seems to be very different from what Storefront theme produces:

GTM4WP “simply” can not read extra product data needed by enhanced ecommmerce

So is it possible for me to set it up where needed or because the pages are custom it is not compatible with the plugin?

Unfortunately your page is not compatible and there is no backup method to somehow overcome this.

You can build your own add to cart event but this will be completely independent from GTM4WP
