    Events show fine in the sidebar widget but don’t show up on the main calendar. Any ideas how to fix this?

    Thank you for reaching out to us! I’m very sorry about this issue you are experiencing, let me help you to solve it!

    Last week we released a Hotfix (The Events Calendar 4.5.12.3) to solve an issue related to the display of events in the default Month View. This issue was introduced with WordPress version 4.8.2 and impacts all previous versions of The Events Calendar.

    Can you please update The Events Calendar and let us know if the problem is solved after that?

    I am having the same problem. WP automatically updated to 4.2.16 yesterday. All calendar entries disappeared. I would prefer not to update to the new calendar as I notice many problems with it corrupting sites. I run a website for an animal rescue and cannot under any circumstances chance a dead-in-the-water situation. We are handling dogs from various hurricanes right now. Is there a chance of another work-around? Thank you.

    Please do respect the forum guidelines and create a new topic of your own wherever possible.

    I would prefer not to update to the new calendar as I notice many problems with it corrupting sites.

    As Patricia noted, our solution to the problem I believe you are describing was to release a further update to our plugin. With that in mind, updating The Events Calendar to our latest version is the best course of action here.

    I’m sorry, I didn’t know a new topic was required. I downloaded the new update. Can you please tell me how to apply it? Thank you!
