    In my experience almost always CSS transition properties (including all the browser-prefixed transition), when applied to links inside the calendar (the events). I think it plays havoc with the calendar’s calculation of how to position events.

    There were steps to remove them in a previous update, but these aren’t fool-proof as it’s impossible to reliably second-guess to what the the theme is applying text-transform.

    Fortunately, it’s easily fixed. Simply determine the rule which is applying the transition and either remove it completely or add an additional rule to remove it for links inside the calendar.

    Thanks for the reply!

    I eventually figured out the problem. I started with the starkers bare-bones theme and built up from there. In the “sensible defaults” section of the CSS there is this:

    div, article, section, header, footer, nav, li {
    	position:relative; /* For absolutely positioning elements within
    			      containers (add more to the list if need be) */

    Removing this caused the calendar to render properly, and wasn’t really necessary for my other styling (so far.)

    Thanks for the help!
