    Hello!

Yes, EM current version on my site is 5.8.1.3, I think it’s the newest one.

I hope we can find a solution..

    Thanks, Anita

    Hi Anita,

I haven’t been able to replicate this problem. Can you tell me a bit more about how you’re using the gallery? Are you using the standard WordPress gallery or the Jetpack version?

    Thanks.

    Hi!

I’m using the gallery of my theme, which is a standard wordpress gallery. But I’ve created both gallery on this test site, both look the same:
    http://www.garis.szaunapince.hu/galeria-test/

Support of my theme said, that EM plugin overrides the WordPress Gallery when you add this code: remove_shortcode(‘gallery’).

So I should use a child theme, where I could force the plugin off, or I should use not a standard wordpress gallery.

But I’m just asking, is this possible to turn off this removing in your plugin?

    Thanks,
    Anita

Carousel gallery of my page should work like on this other page (at the bottom):

I’m fairly sure there’s no code in Events Manager that overrides the gallery shortcode because the plugin doesn’t have a gallery feature.

Do you still have problems with the gallery if you test with all other plugins deactivated and while running the default WordPress theme?

Yes I have this problem with all other plugins deactivated. If I deactivate EM, then carousel gallery of my theme works fine.

I was told to show you this code:

    events-manager/classes/em-event.php line 2855

    remove_action(‘init’,’em_event_gallery_override_init’, 1000);

    What do you advise?

    Thanaks, Anita
