[Plugin: Events Manager] Individual Attendee forms not showing

    Using Events Manager with the Anchor theme by Templatic the individual attendee forms are not generating on the events page. When 2 attendees are selected a new form should generate on the page and it doesn’t.

    I’ve disabled plugins and changed to the WordPress 2013 theme and it works ok. The only other plugin is Hide Title.

    I get this error:
