    I’m new of the forum.
I have a little and, I think, stupid problem. That is: I use gantry framework 4.0.8 and I want to customize only events_manager.css overriding the existent file. With the other plugins I simply create a folder with the same name of the plugin in my theme folder and create a file inside with the same name of that I want to customize.

I don’t have a folder named “plugin” inside my theme folder.

I followed the tutorial, creating the intire path of the css file, but it doesn’t work. I created a path in my theme folder like this: events-manager/includes/css/events_manager.css; or plugin/events-manager/includes/css/events_manager.css.

    Where is the mistake?

    Thanks

  • Hiya,

It isn’t possible to override the CSS for Events Manager in this fashion, and that’s not a standard method.

Instead, you’ll need to identify the specific styles you wish to override and write them into your theme’s stylesheet.

You can also disable EM’s CSS from the settings page if you want to go that far.

    Thanks,
    Phil

Thanks for your help. Even if it is not clear for me why this method doesn’t work. Maybe, I think, I must enhance my knowledge about EM (it is the first time I find this in my projects)

In any case I’ll try to follow your suggestions.

    Best
