# Events Mailer

 * I’ve been looking high and low for a mailer (eg MailPoet, MailChimp, etc) that
   will send out automatic emails with upcoming events. The problem I keep hitting
   is these mailers rely on RSS and the published date for an event post almost 
   never lines with the actual event date.
 * Any suggestions?
 * FYI I’m using The Events Calendar plugin

 * gerwyn, thanks for the response. I’ve actually already talked to The Events Calendar
   plugin developers on their forum and they don’t have a solution right now. I 
   figured posting it on the wordpress.org forum might stir up some creative solutions.
