Events made easy time format (12 hour not working)

I am using Events Made Easy for my events/calendar and on all of my events its showing only the event start time and in a 24 hour display. I cannot find anywhere in the plugin settings where to change the time format and my WordPress site everywhere for every setting is set to the 12 hour format.
