  • Users can’t get to event info from the month calendar view on mobile – rendering the plugin useless to me. Posted this on the support forum 5 days ago and have had no response.

    I’m sorry to hear you haven’t had an ideal experience.

    As noted in this sticky post, though, we do not monitor this forum on a daily basis and it can take 7-10 days before we are able to do a pass and help with any questions.

    I’m not sure if you’ve already moved on to a different solution (if so, we’re sorry to lose you) as I couldn’t locate an instance of our calendar on your site when I visited the URL you shared in your support topic, but if you do still need help and want to give us a second chance, please follow up by performing some basic troubleshooting steps:

    As we’re not receiving many reports along similar lines, it seems likely you are experiencing a conflict of some kind and so identifying and isolating whichever component is causing that problem is the next logical step.
