Events Calendar time/date won’t update (solved)

    After one of the latest updates, the “Activate Block Editor for Events” setting was enabled by default. With Classic Editor also active, this seems to have created a mixed editor state where event date/time fields would not persist correctly (dates reverted to current or original event date, time fields would not update).

    The issue resolved only after disabling Block Editor for Events in TEC settings.

    Suggestion: this setting should not default to ON when Classic Editor is active, or there should be a warning about incompatibility.

    Hope this might help somebody else. I just wasted 3 hours tracking this down.
