    Hello,

I recently installed The Events Calendar PRO thanks to your Non Profit Partnership Program.

I have added lots of recurring events, which are looking great! However, the times are all appearing one hour ahead of how I entered them. I think this is due to an issue registering the change from Day Light Saving time to regular time, since events prior to last weekend display correctly.

When I deactivate the Events Calendar PRO plugin, the times appear correctly.

Are you able to offer any advice on how I can fix this issue?

    Many thanks in advance,

    Pippa

  • I’m seeing this same behavior and have not been able to determine what time zone it is basing off of.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the issues here.

It could be the server has a different time setting.

What is your timezone setting in WordPress here:

    Hi Brian,

The Timezone is set to ‘London’, and then it says:

“GMT time is 2015-10-29 13:10:55 Local time is 2015-10-29 13:10:55

This timezone is currently in standard time.
Daylight saving time begins on: 27th March 2016 12:00 am.”

This is all correct. It seems that The Event Calendar PRO is not registering this change to winter time.

Do you have any idea what else might be affecting this?

    Thanks, Pippa

It could be the plugin is not registering the change to Winter Time.

Since most of us are located in the U.S. and Canada and we do not switch until this Saturday maybe that is the cause?

Since this is a Pro feature and you have a non profit lets continue this conversation elsewhere as this is not the correct place.

Can you please go to our contact form and fill it in:

And then in the Comment put a reference to this thread and to please forward it to Brian.

    Thanks
