    I'm using the latest version of Customizr and the Events Calendar plugin and am having trouble with css conflicts. See http://wordpress.org/support/topic/view-as-dropdown-broken?replies=4

    You can view the problem here: http://boatclub.hertford.ox.ac.uk/events

    Any help resolving this would be appreciated.

    Can you describe the problem as it looks ok to me? (without understanding what it should be doing)

    Of course, sorry, been looking at it too long.

    Two main things that are quite visible: the 'view as' dropdown doesn't work, and the background colours of the table headers are being overwritten by the theme's css. I think that both are indicative of more widespread conflicts though!

    I'm using FF26.

    1. If I click on the View Me text, (where Month is already showing), it adds List. But the generated code is looking a problem. Need Nic to take a look as there may be a fundamental issue between Theme/Plugin.

    background-color: #DDDDDD !important;
    Adding !important should let you override the background

    I've just discovered that most of my issues are only showing up when logged in, so obviously you can't see that. However, even when not logged in, although things mostly look right, the dropdown only seems to respond if you click towards the bottom of it, and clicking list doesn't actually do anything. This seems to be the same in Chrome/FF/IE.

    Anyway, I don't want to go around adding !important over all the css that isn't working. I will wait to see if Nic has any ideas...

    Thanks for your help!

    Hi @sweeneytodd94, thanks for reporting this. This is now part of the todo list for the next release (coming in early March).
