    Hi!

    Im looking for an Events Calendar, where users can book meetings at a showroom etc.

    It needs to be possible for users to book a meeting, and for other users to join.

    Admin needs to accept and/or refuse these bookings. Also mails to be sent to users and admin whether or not the booking has been accepted.
