 * Your plugin is excellent! thanks.
   We want to produce a grid of Events – from ‘
   today’s’date – for the next 2 weeks.**1st Question:**We have got it basically
   working (on a staging site with test data) but we have not understood how to
   use your literals in the Value to Compare field.
 * Our setup is:
   Custom Key Field: **event_start_date**Value Type: DateOperator…:
   Less or =Value to Compare: _should this be “today + 14” ?_ANDCustom Key Field:**
   event_end_date**Value Type: DateOperator…: Greater or =Value to Compare: _should
   this be “today” ?_
 * **2nd ****Question**:
   Both dates are displayed (overlaid on the image). But
   events start & end on same date. Can you assist with:a) removing the 2nd date–
   if they are the same.b) and adding text e.g. ” to ” between the date is they
   are different.
 * **3rd ****Question**:
   In your text:“You can use any English textual datetime (
   tomorrow, next Monday, next week, next month, next year, +3 days, +1 week, [and so on](https://secure.php.net/manual/en/datetime.formats.relative.php))
   in the “Value To Compare” field.”The “and so on” link give an error 404.
 * ** 4th ****Question**:
   We like your ‘Open item in – **Light box of Post Content**”
   option.but the black overlaided background does not suit our color scheme. Can
   it be changed to e.g. grey/transparent with e.g. custom css?
 * **5th ****Question**:
   We are using Display Settings: Thumbnail – 300x 300 – “
   Show all images in the same size”However, when the page is opened (or refreshed)
   initially the thumbnails display with their individual aspect ratios … then after
   a moment [too long] they refresh to all the same size. This delay does not happen
   with other similar views – it seems just on this Filtered & Sorted by Date view.
   Is this as expected?

    Thank you for your compliment.

 * Question 1 is **not **about the PRO version. It relates to how to use the
   ‘Value
   to Compare’ field(s). That are in the FREE version.
 * Question 3 is **not **about the PRO version. It appears to be an error in your
   FREE version. The fact that it 404’d meant that I was/am not able to read your
   help text about Q1. So if you give me a link to the correct page – this might
   help me. [and if indeed it is an error – then a ‘thank you for bringing it to
   our attention’ would be appreciated :]
 * Question 5 is **not **about the PRO version. It relates to speed in the FREE
   version.
 * If you had replied that Q2 & Q4 are tackled in the PRO version, that would have
   given me some info. But until you tell me, how am I to know??
 * Re Q1: I think we have got further now. Is the correct format:
   e.g. “today +
   14 days”(we had previously not included the “days” declaration.)

 * Hello,
    Thank you for your reply.
 * If you only use our Free version, then it is not possible to show Event (because
   Event is a custom post type, and our Free version only supports Post and Page).
 * Also, with our Free version, you can not use:
    1. “Value to Compare” (filtering
   by Custom Field) 2. Start/end date (showing Custom Field) 3. “You can use any
   English textual datetime” (filtering by Custom Field) 4. “Light box of Post Content”(
   in Display Settings >> Open Item In) 5. “Show all images in the same size” (in
   Display Settings >> Fields Settings >> Thumbnail)
 * They are all Pro features.
 * If you need further help to know whether you are using our Free/Pro plugin, please
   capture the screenshot of Active Plugins on your site. We can help you figure
   it out.
 * Or, you can temporarily deactivate all plugins but keep only the “Content Views”
   plugin activated.
    Then please try to edit your grid to check if you can still
   use above features or not.
 * If you have further questions, please let us know.

   On the **live **site we haveContent Views v **3.7.1** andContent
   Views PRO 5.8.10
 * and on our **staging **site:
   Content Views v **3.5.0** andContent Views PRO 5.8.10
 * How do I update the staging site v3.5.0 to 3.7.1 – it doesn’t have the usual ‘…
   there is an update available..’ marker.
   And on the Dashboard it says “All your
   plugins are up to date.
