[event_form] responsive problems

Dear,
I have a problem with event_form when I use it with smartphone or tablet (Android or iPad/iPhone doesn’t matter).

With mobile devices I can’t see the When e Where section.

It seems there is some problem with media resolution, but if I change the theme the problem is the same.
I marked the page as “to be not responsive”, but the problem remains.
