Event__trashed for all events

    We’re using the most recent version of the Events Made Easy plugin (1.7.5)
    Today every event link in the public side of WordPress results in /events__trashed/ and a 404 error, rather than the individual event listing.
    I have tried:

    1. flushing the permalinks in WordPress
    2. disabling and reenabling the plugin
    3. flushing the site cache after every change

    Any suggestions? Our site uses this plugin heavily.

    SOLVED.
    Someone deleted the main events page and thus borked the entire events setup.
