Event Tracking for Flash Video

I have placed a video on one of my websites that I would like to track through event tracking. Normally, this would just mean placing code below the Analytics Javascript tracker that goes as follows:

_gaq.push(['_trackEvent','Video','Play','Event Minute']);

However I can’t seem to find any settings that allow me to add this nor do I know where the code is housed to add this below the tracker.

To be clear, I have to go and edit the tracking here because the video is housed on another site and the code was gathered from a 3rd party site, so this seems to be the way I should track the event.

Please let me know if there’s a way I can add this. Thanks!
