We’re having the same issue
I am having the same issue. Need to launch the website next week and this is now broken. Can anyone give us some help?

You could try installing an older version of the plugin, like 4.10.8.
@swick4556 That’s exactly what I was thinking of doing, but where do I find an older version?
Never mind. I found it.

Uninstalled 4.11.1 and installed 4.10.8, still doesn’t work.
In fact, it doesn’t look any different. I thought that with the 4.11 version the increase/decrease tickets number area was supposed to look different.

Bummer. I had a different issue which started with the 4.11 release, and downgrading fixed it.
If you know of a version that worked, downgrade to that version. Otherwise, I would just download every version and work my way backwards until I find a version that works.

See my reply to Cheryl in another thread just now: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/unable-to-increase-event-ticket-from-0/#post-12284703
Apparently with v4.11 and up, there’s a major conflict with the WordPress Classic Editor plugin. If I disable that on our site (https://www.ncta.org), Events Tickets v.11 and up works again. However, at least for us, that’s only a temporary solution. We need the Classic Editor.

Hi!
Like @toscaida said, there’s a conflict between the Classic Editor plugin and Event Tickets. Our developers are aware of this issue, which has been tagged as a high priority one. They will work on it as soon as possible 🙂
Meanwhile, you may downgrade to Event Tickets 4.11.0, or deactivate Classic Editor.
Thank you for your patience and understanding!
Cheers,
Jeremy
