What plugin are you using for the event management?

Just the built-in event management tool.

There is no event management tool built into to WordPress, that’s why I asked what plugin you were using for it. 😉

Ha! Oops. I’m not sure then. It shows in my left-hand toolbar as Events and I have the options of Event Posts, Add New, and Event Categories. I don’t see any plugin listed under Jetpack or Plugins that is an event plugin.

I think it may be the Custom Content Types add-on under Jetpack that manages our Event posts.

Ok, I see the upcoming_events class wrapped around that list, and that class is defined in your theme’s stylesheet, so this might actually be built into your theme, which is rare these days.

The theme’s sale listing on ThemeForest appears to confirm that theory.

As this is a commercial theme, you’ll need to go to their official support channel for help. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

No problem, thanks for your patience! I’ll try to troubleshoot with the theme developers.
