im having a problem showing the events
i have an plugin called “all in 1 event calendar”, ergo the event menu item does not show

We use the same event plug-in. We changed the Sportspress “Matches” permalink (in settings) from “event” to “match”.

Thanks @theangryduck for the help! Indeed, most of event plugins conflict with SportsPress because of the event permalink. This can be easily solved by changing the SportsPress Match/Event permalink at Settings->Permalinks.

found it its in the wordpress settings not the sportpress setting
not very logical but it works
