hi,
you can try to recopy your theme single.php then rename it to single-event.php
thanx, but where can I find that file?
at wp-content/themes/scylla in your hosting cpanel
try copying ‘page.php’ in your theme if it exists, and rename it to single-event.php
I just tried this:
1 copy file ‘page.php’ located in ‘themes/scylla-lite’
2 paste it, renaming it ‘single-event.php’ in the same folder
No solution unfortunately
have you tried to set your events page to post or page at Events > Settings > Pages > Event Pages?
also, this is the post related to the single event template – http://wordpress.org/support/topic/events-manager-eventslocation-pages-cant-get-sidebar?replies=22
have you tried to set your events page to post or page at Events > Settings > Pages > Event Pages?
Yes, but has no effect.
I would be fine if only the event title could show in a different color. Any idea how I can change that?
I think it’s because your theme is not taking CPTs into account in its css
try adding this sort of thing to your file http://www.aartvanbergen.nl/wp-content/themes/scylla-lite/style.css on line 151:
.type-page, .type-attachment {...
to
.type-event, .type-location, .type-page, .type-attachment {...
Yes it works! Thanks Marcus your advice was golden!
