    Hi @indiastartup360
Hope your issue was solved. Feel free to open another thread if you face any further issue or need any guidance related to our plugin.

    King regards.

Hi – i have this issue too. The slug for events creates an archive page which i’ve pretty much had to style myself with CSS.

Suddenly i have the client contacting me at 11:30pm when i’m on holiday saying events have disappeared. Nothing has changed. Nothing has been updated.

The events themselves have disappeared too.

I’m running WP 5.8.1 and I’ve upgraded eventin pro to 2.5.5 but still no events

@352digital can you please follow the solution from Nitu.

As you are our Pro users please check the sticky post and open a support ticket so that we can check the issue.

    Best Regards.

Changing permalinks to that setting is the first thing i do when i install wordpress.

I have updated all the other plugins to the latest and it seems to have fixed it – no idea if updates is going to cause other issues now and mess with my weekend. I was not planning on maintaining websites this weekend.

Hi, @352digital please keep faith on us.
On support ticket just provide us temporary admin access so that we can continuously monitor the issue. Eventin has now 4000 active users, I see this issue is rare to us.
So, we want to take responsibility and you don’t need to take any hassle in this weekend.

For support check the url: The page I need help with.
    Regards.

Did that and now have another “critical failure” at the weekend while hundreds of people are trying to register for an event.

I have just opened a ticket and provided the login info – please fix it or we’ll need to get rid of this next week and refund the client as it’s been more hassle than it’s worth.

You also did not reply to my question on why the events archive has your branding on search results. We paid for the plugin to remove branding so thoroughly dissatisfied with this aspect as well as the frequent non-functioning of it.

Before you ask I have saved the permalink settings (again this week) and it doesn’t fix it.

@352digital We are checking the issue right now. Please, check 4000+ users using this plugin without this type of problem.

Let give us sometimes, if we can’t solve it we will give you full refund.

    Regards.

    Hi,

To fix this i had to deactivate https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-google-analytics-integration/

Perhaps something to do with the script it adds.

This is an official woocommerce plugin with 200k+ users so would be handy if it worked.

I got this problem with events page 404 after wp 5.8.3 update.

Fortunately i have switched off auto updates of all kind on the site after the last problem so this didn’t occur for long.

Would prefer to have updates for security in WP core switched on and not have problems with this plugin after updates…

Saved permalinks again a couple of times and the page displays again.
