Support » Plugin: Event Espresso Lite - Event Management and Registration System » Event Overview: Only 50 events are shown

  • I have two websites running Event Espresso Lite and after having lots of events created on both, after updating to WordPress 3.6 and Event Espresso 3.1.35.L, it only shows 50 events.

All events can be seen on both websites, but Event Overview only shows the oldest 50 in one website and the newest 50 in the other.

Both websites are about to be released, lots of work were put in creating all of them, but this error makes it impossible to manage most of the events – especially the one that shows only the oldest – all of them are CLOSED). Is there anything I can perform here to fix this, or any expected update to fix it? Everything worked well before the update.

  • I was able to fix it by changing the ’50’ to a higher number, as ‘200’ in event-espresso-free/includes/event-management/queries.php:

    “$max_rows = isset($_REQUEST[‘max_rows’]) & !empty($_REQUEST[‘max_rows’]) ? absint($_REQUEST[‘max_rows’]) : 200;”

This is WordPress 3.6 and Event Espresso Lite 3.1.35.L – so everything is updated by September 9, 2013. I read that there was a similar issue in previous versions, but I would never expect it to happen in newer ones.

Thanks for reporting this issue. I thought we fixed it as well, but it may have been reverted by accident. I will look into the issue.
