Event Organiser – Cannot Add Venues

    Hi,

    Thanks for writing and maintaining event organiser!

    I have installed event organiser 1.2.3 on WordPress 3.3.1.

    I can add categories, tags and events fine. However, I cannot add venues? The venues page gives the ‘list venues’ section just like categories and tags give a list of categories/tags, but no way to enter events. The ‘enter a venue’ section is completely missing!

    Any ideas appreciated.

    There should be ‘add new’ link at the top next to the title ‘Venues’, clicking that takes you to a page to create a new venue.

    doesnt work for me either.

    i click add new, fill out the details then it bumps me back and gives me an orange update saying ‘Venue was not created’

    any ideas why?

    Fix for me – at the top of the page add a name to the venue!

    Yup – there should be better feedback on the error messages now! Venues are taxonomy terms…. they need names :D.
