Event listing not linking to event details

I installed the plugin yesterday and created two test events, but when I use the shortcode to list them on the home page of our site, the event titles both link to a completely unrelated post (the same one for both) rather than to the individual event details page.

I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the plugin without success. If I delete the post that both events are linking to, they just link to a different post instead.

Any suggestions?
