Event link not working

    Hi Guys,

    I have downloaded the Pro version and am trying to sell tickets to my event. I have been advised that the links “Buy Now Button” which I inserted are not working. They bring up a page saying “link not working”. They seem to work for me but no one else.

    I have just tried uninstalling and re-instralling the plugin but no luck so far.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    So update – seems to be working from what I gather on PC and android but Apple devices are bringing up a message saying “can’t connect – the link isn’t working”

    Any help would be greatly appreciated

    I’ve been having a similar problem, but it’s not Apple devices that are causing the issue. It’s social media apps. If someone clicks to the ticketing page from Facebook, then the ticketing link doesn’t work. If they open it in their browser, it works. So, with an iPhone, using Safari is fine, but most people follow the link from Facebook or Twitter and try to order from the mini-browser associated with the social media app – and it fails.
