Event importing fails CSV file

New WordPress site, new install of latest TEM. I have a test CSV list of venues, that imported fine. I set up all needed categories. When I went to import events, it completed successfully with zero imported. I verified the fields matched up, tried again. Again, it says it successfully imported zero events. Since the venues worked, I’m not sure why it won’t import any events. There is only a single event called Test Event that I manually entered, and I was trying to import ten events as a test. I ran back through the last 50 pages of this forum but couldn’t find anything on importing.
