In our event submission form, under Event Image Upload, the message “No image uploaded for this event yet” remains even after an image has been uploaded. Is there a way to correct this? Thanks!

I tried this one and it seems fine with me, however, you can try to check or modify template file at events-manager/templates/forms/event/featured-image-public.php

to use templates: http://wp-events-plugin.com/documentation/using-template-files/

eg. wp-content/themes/Your Theme/plugins/events-manager/forms/event/featured-image-public.php
