Event Display Off & Missing Templates

    The event display looks different on webpage. We would like it to look like you have on your screenshots, but when I look into the template folders we only have 2; the single event and default template. Here is the events page: http://ppmworks.com/events/

    I would love to know why our format is so off. I have tried everything and nothing has changed it.

    Hey @heatherm20,

    Thanks for reaching out, happy to help here! 🙂 This seems to be a styling issue, possibly a theme conflict.

    1. I’d recommend first trying some of the other options under “Events<Settings<Display<Default stylesheet used for events templates.” See if one of the other settings solves your problem. (This is the easy fix.)

    2. If that doesn’t help, test for conflicts to see if it is a problem with the theme or with one of your plugins.

    Hi Shelby,

    Thank you for getting back to me so quickly. I have tested the site and found that there is a theme conflict. We are using the theme Avada. Are there any solutions?

    Hi @heatherm20,

    I would recommend reaching out to Avada’s support. This is an issue we experience somewhat frequently with their theme because we update our plugins more frequently than they release theme updates.
