Event details not displayed

Hi,

I have installed and linked a calendar to my Google account, but the event details are not being displayed and when I click “see more details”, I get transferred to another page which is basically the same calendar with no more details, but the url is added the following extension: /?ctz=America/Toronto.

This is the page from the actual website, and I have also cloned it on a staging website, where I have disabled all plugins and themes as part of the troubleshoot and this issue is still present.

What do you have set for your event builder template (the textarea above the calendar settings)?

The content is the text area is the following:

[title]

[when]
[location]
<div>[description]</div>
[link newwindow=”no”]See more details[/link]

I think this was the default content as it came with the calendar when I initially installed it.

Alright thanks for posting the template. That is the default I just wanted to make sure it was not empty. Do you have your event set to be fully public? This also means your calendar is set to public and is not using the “Show busy/free schedule only” option. I believe you might have that enabled.

The event is set to public, but it using the “Show busy/free schedule only” option, and I am not able to change it. Look at this example: http://screencast.com/t/bR0XH9Gkb2

Is this a calendar that is shared with you? Whoever is the owner would need to change that I think in this case.
