Event date is not displaying; Form show up twice in the Event

Hi,

I’m using both Sugar Events Calendar PRO and Gravity Forms for my scheduler. I also installed the Sugar Events Calendar – Gravity Forms Add-On so I can integrate them both. The goal is to have an appointment calendar where patients can select a date and pick what time they want on that particular day. I’m having two issues…

1.
I did setup a recurring event every week (example: All Mondays will have 8am and 8:15am, Wednesdays will have 12:15pm and 12:30pm, etc…) All these events are connected to a single Gravity Form wherein they can put their name, address, and all other info. My problem is how can I grab the event’s exact date, not the day, to populate on the notification email that the admin gets. I added the hidden fields for event ID and Event title with their right parameters. Can we also do that same hidden field for the event date? What parameter should I use?

2.
Once you click on the event within the calendar, it goes to a new page with that custom post event that I just created. The problem is that the Gravity Form that I attached on the event shows up twice on the page. How can I fix this? I’m pretty sure it has nothing to do with my template because only the Gravity form is showing twice (stacked on top of each other).
